Feeling discouraged & need new MFP friends.

Hello
My name is Elizabeth and I am looking for new/more MFP friends. I am proud to share that I've lost 28 lbs, BUT feel discouraged all of a sudden. I work crazy shifts, even crazier hours and workout whenever I can fit it into my schedule (typically when I get off at 11PM).
My problem is this: I REALLY get into my walking videos, strength trainning and nightly treadmill workouts for like 4-5 days straight, but then have a bad day and it takes about 2-3 days to get back into my routine. It is so depressing!! I have no intentions of giving up and gaining a single pound back, but I wish I didn't feel so low on those days that I fall of the wagon. I am looking for new MFP friends because YOU GUYS MOTIVATE ME. Please feel free to add me and we could support each other. : }

Hi. Congrats on the weight loss.
I work 3 part time jobs and have 4 kids so I completely understand crazy. I feel you on having a bad day and it throwing you off. It's nice I'm not alone. I guess it's good even after a bad day or two we do get back on track. But hmmm how to stop having those bad days. Wish I had suggestions for us. But we're here and thats a start!0 -
The point is to stay focused and, most importantly, to never give up. Being busy does not help, but we have to take it a day at a time. Falling off is normal for me at this point, but I'm comitted to continuing this new "lifestyle" beyond reaching my weight goal. Goodluck to us!! : )0
