Just to clarify: The Winner's Circle is a great goal.
As long as you are working to build the great UAC healthy habits, you don't need to leave the UAC even when you have more than 3 Pass days/month.
It's against the Doctor's orders!!!

Exercised?: Yes. Walked 7 Km in 55 mins (hills).
Calories?: Yes.
Tracked?: Yes.
Busy day again today. Working on things around the house. Still got walk in before rain and nightfall. Looking forward to sleep and a less busy day tomorrow (hopefully).
As @RangerRickL. said, there is no need to stop posting even if you have more than 3 passes. We love to hear what you are doing, celebrate your victories and try help with your struggles.
UAC is all about building healthy habits. It is difficult. It takes persistence and dedication. Very hard to do alone.

Yes x 3 for the past two days. Had a nice 7 mile run yesterday am. I'm at Stanford this weekend for son's soccer tournament. Nice weather here so will get in lots of walking.
Enjoy your weekends!5 -
and pass day 3 today
strained calf and shoulder still an issue ... but they have both improved
winners circle looking difficult to reach now .. but I will try my absolute best to have a perfect month from here on in, other than that my calories and tracking was fine5 -
I am so happy I just had to share. I got up this morning and decided I was going to have a pass day as I was still craving fish & chips and felt it was time...lol....We were going to go out for supper. I needed to get my haircut so my husband, dog and I went to town. They waited while I got my hair cut and then we went for a walk and I did a full 2K...woohoo, I have not been able to walk that far for ages. After that I was wondering about giving up the fish & chips , Bud suggested we go for lunch and share a 2 piece dinner as he knew I have been craving it for well over 3 weeks. We did that and I had 1 piece of fish and about a quarter of the fries (water as my drink) and was fully satisfied...woohoo...when we got home I typed in the restaurant Joey's only and our meal was in there! It was 1,022 calories. I charted 1/2 (which I didn't have) and it was 511 calories. It fit right in to my plan for the day and I have lots of calories left! I now have no intention of using a pass day! WOOHOO YAY ME! I am happy happy and soooo proud of myself, for both achievements9

Heh! Well here is me not leaving. School starts on Monday. That will get me kind of more regular on exercise because I seldom drive there.
I got Buddy for another school year. We're going to have fun. Actually I think I have him for the rest of his elementary days. I will either get him to walk or we'll have fun. One or the other. Maybe both.5 -
Today was a lovely Saturday:).
We started off, bright and early, with a workout. I did 2 hours of cycling--a lot of hills. Awesome workout. Slow and steady did 22 miles and had an average heart rate of 143. I like to include these low heart rate days, for variety.
I followed the workout, immediately, with 2 hours of yard work--weeding, pruning, and carrying the watering can and doing A LOT of watering. I baby my plants and give them an extra drink even on the days that the automatic sprinklers give them a drink:)
Exercise: yes
Calories: yes, including wine (which I measured) and chocolate (which I also measured
Tracking: yes, everything
Happy Saturday and Sunday, all!5 -
@pribud what a fantastic day ... fish and chips AND within calories .. and also a MASSIVE well done on the 2KM walk

My wife, Rose, and I are celebrating my birthday in downtown Chicago. We went for a 4 hour city walk. The weather was perfect and the streets were overflowing with very happy people of all ages & ethnicity.
Calories: under by a very small margin, but under
Tracking: ok
Exercise: more than usual by a lot6 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes--no dogs to walk today so I exercised around the house
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes. I saw a really good explanation of how I operate from another member: keep to a predictable routine for breakfast and lunch. Then if dinner is rich and high-calorie, you know your limit, so don't eat so much.
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes5 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Dog walk plus a walk over the Wetlands before it got too hot
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No, my best friend left to go home today (she lives between London and Singapore) and I ate my feelings
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes, it's not pretty
3rd pass day. I am out of the winners circle but I am going to keep posting

3 yesses today. A windy 15km bike with a partially flat tire! Totally forgot to fill it before I headed out. Rode fine, just a bit more resistance than usual.3

@trixey1, 5k itself is great, but beating you personal best, even better, congratulations!
@pribud, hey, I'm proud of you too! working fish and chips into your day, and walking 2k.
@RangerRickL , Happy Birthday.
Today is pass #1 for me. It's possible I was under the wire, but I'm not sure so I'll let it go. I walked 2miles with my dog today, ate sparingly, but tonight my friend moved to a new place and we christened it with a fine bottle of wine, chicken and mushrooms cooked in wine, butter, cream, tarragon with baguette. It was so freaking good!
Last month, when I took pass days, I went for it, all-day-long. Milk and sugar in coffee, lots of bread, beer pizza etc. This month, one decadent meal on a pass day does the trick. I knew I'd probably go over tonight, but I didn't use it as an excuse to pork out all day. I just feel better on a healthy diet. The important thing is, I don't feel deprived, I can indulge in an occasional decadent meal, and get back on track.5 -
@RangerRickL: I love the Dr. Who reference! Happy Birthday Weekend to you!
@pribud: Your enthusiasm is so fun! Congrats on your NSV!
@lamlam2013: Happy Anniversary!
@Slimpossible007: I hope you heal quickly!
My husband took off today on a 3 week overseas vacation with his 88 year old mom. She's really an inspiration; she takes Tai Chi and tap dancing, plus volunteers at a local food bank! I've cleaned out the fridge and freezer of all junk food and had tons of time to exercise.
Yes x 3!2 -
A gorgeous day in Tacoma! It rained just a little in the middle of the night and our air is finally feeling cleaner. First day I have been able to see Mt. Rainier since the wildfires began in B.C.
Exercise~ Daily Stretch and then Strong Curves Program today. Added weight to my Bench Press and Dead Lifts, but still struggling with lunges. My right knee started hurting pretty bad. I decided I would ditch the lunges and just do some squats. Nope-same pain in right knee. Finished everything else, but not pushing it on the knee issue. Also did 195 crunches for the Ab Challenge that I joined for this month. I am really not finding it all that challenging, but I will finish it because I am not a quitter.
Tracking~all on track according to my phone! The laptop version of MFP is trying to say I went over by one. I obviously need a new laptop!
Calories-0 left
Did not weigh today after the pizza last night. Even though the pizza fit my calories, I knew the second I woke up that I was retaining water. I do not do well with too much salt at all! Weighing in first thing tomorrow to make sure I am still in my maintenance range.
