Hi guys,

Tomorrow our 60 day challenge begins! I just wanted to give you guys a few tips I've learned along the way.

Always start your day with breakfast, even if its something small like fruit or a protein bar.

Drink lots of water throughout your day, sometimes our bodies confuse hunger with thirst.

Try to exercise at least 3 xs a week for minimum of 30 minutes.
Eat dinner 3 hours before bedtime, that way your body has enough time to properly digest.

Stay positive and don't weigh yourself everyday, results won't show overnight.
