    I was doing a little searching on YouTube last night and came across Sarah Beth Yoga. The videos look pretty good and I may try one tonight. They appear to be anywhere from 3 minutes to 30 minutes which is perfect for me!

    I've done her hip opening series before. She's good, and not as quirky as Adriene. Not that I don't like Adriene's videos. You never know what's going to come out of her mouth, in a good way. I'm just a little goofy myself. ;)
