Stuck in limbo

I'm not actively engaging in eating disorder behaviors. I'm not starving or purging etc. But I'm not consuming enough calories. I make "super food smoothies" everyday to get more nutrients but I'm just not hungry. I'm currently not exercising but I want to start because it's good for mental health and I'm "skinny fat" (where you aren't overweight but you're still flabby lol). But I don't have the motivation or energy to get up in the morning to exercise. Looking for some friends? Advice? Motivation? Any help to get out of this rut!!!
