Anyone get an 8 qt. Instant Pot on Prime Day? Share your thoughts, experiences and recipes here.
We did and just started using it. It is great for a whole chicken, much more room to maneuver it. Also great for making stock and soups. I actually could make enough in it to have for dinner and put 6 qt. of soup away for later. Can't wait to see what your cooking.

Yes, I got an 8 qt and love it. I make soup and bone broth every week and usually freeze portions for the next weeks lunch. With my 6 qt I would be able to make enough for 5-6 lunches, now its more like 8-9.0

I am pretty excited about having it for fall and winter. I can't think of a soup recipe that will not fit in the 8 qt. Before there were a few that I could not make in the 6 qt. My sister has already requested a double batch of Zuppa Toscano.0

Just got mine and am excited to start trying stuff in it. So far have just done ribs that were good.2
