I'm feeling very proud and positive today about my fitness progress. Yesterday I did my first "experimental" running training (tomorrow is the "official" start ) and today I was able to achieve a yoga pose that was specially hard for my weak arms. The whole point of this journey to me is about having more energy, so this is a big deal. I'm so grateful because I think that joining this group has been one key tool in staying motivated for the last 4 weeks.2
