Since, most of us are beginners in yoga it could be useful to share knowledge and tips about new poses we encounter. Sometimes a small detail makes or breaks the pose.

At the moment I am trying to better understand the side angle pose.
Here is great break down with Adriene.
As I understand the key factors are:
- extended leg is active with the inner tight.
- core is opened/rotated toward the sky
- shoulders are engaged not collapsed
