A little preparation goes a long way. Use this method to set yourself up for success!
Preparation: Cut and marinade the steak. For marinade I've included a few of my favorites in the following pic:
Divide the steak into equal portions then place into a ziplock bag.
Pour the marinade into the bag over the steaks then refrigerate until ready to cook.
