Goals week of 8/07/17:
1) Five blue dot days on WW - 2/5
2) 6000 step goal - 2/4
3) 10 min housework 2 days - 0/2 (de-clutter)
4) Minimum of ONE veggie a day - 1/7 (Th, F, Sa, Su, No veggies - M)

Ha! So far I am doing fine this week. 1 and 2 have been followed every day, and I already had 2 workouts at the gym. Today is rest day, tomorrow hopefully the third gym day. And maybe I will even go to the gym on sunday... we will see.

Amazing goals going on here. I am on track so far. Three more days to go before my day of "rest" from tracking. I have to get in a new workout. The pressure is on!!

so glad you came by to check the group! Setting mini goals is a great way to realize
we can truly make a habit stick! Not feel overwhelmed by it but taking baby steps
we can reach our goals a day, a week, a moment at at time.

I feel good about my week in all. Was doing great on the in bed by 10pm until I posted it as a goal.
Water intake has been good but I want it great like it used to be so I'll keep that as a goal
Workout goal last week met and I feel proud about that!!
*My kitty's quite ill and I'm quite worried about her so been having far less time to be away. Hoping to get in some time F-Sun at the pool if possible as I miss it terribly!

I hear you on reducing alcohol intake. For me, even a 12 oz. can of Heineken interferes with my hunger cues.And the day after taking alcohol, I feel more hungrier inexplicably than normal. So yeah I haven't had alcohol since June 30, 2017. And even though it hasn't been that long, I'm realizing that I don't need to drink.

Happy Saturday! Great progress this week for everyone. If you haven't been great with goals you have made yourself aware. That is a step in the right direction.
