Blanking out during intense workouts

When I do my exercise, Dance Dance Revolution, during the most intense parts, Fit bit will just blank out for about a minute. It'll happen about 5-7 times during a 2 hour workout. Any fix for this?

    On any screen, or the HR screen?

    You failed to mention which of the many Fitbit models you have. It matters for specific compared to generic info.

    On both the app and my Fit bit. I have the Fit Bit Charge 2.
