I did NS successfully in 2014 with the help of the forums. Rejoined after a 25 pound gain and the forums were gone.

Hi Glen
Welcome. It is not easy maintaining. I manage by using a mix of foods including NS Meals and snacks as well as store bought foods
If I said I miss the old forums...
I had hoped that when they removed them that the online ordering would go faster, no such luck, still dead slow.
