How I broke plateau ..

Hello,
I just want to share my experience ..
I'm using MFP for years and AW for a while. I lost more than 100 pounds for the last 2 years using first Fitbit and now AW + MFP.
At some point ... around 3 months ago I hit plateau.
I was recording all my Workouts using AW: outdoor walk, stairs stepping, elliptical and etc. Every time it recorded it in MFP, then adjusted it and gave me a hint how much I could eat this day.
I could do nothing to break plateau .. At some point I decided to stop recording Workouts in MFP while continue to Workout exact same way. Obviously it counted only steps and allowed me to eat a little bit less ... likely a few hundreds calories than before.
As a miracle I noticed that I again started to lose weight i.e. no plateau anymore.
Well actually it's not a miracle because I eat less than before not much but still.
I expect that my diary is not very accurate and I underestimate calories intake and now not recording/adjusting Workouts the balance became more 'realistic'.
I don't blame AW not being accurate ( maybe/likely it is ) .. I'm just saying that since we have too many components that influence the result ... the best thing is to test and verify how it'll work for you ...
Anyway ... maybe it does not sounds very smart but it worked for and I wanted to share it with community ..
Thanks
