My Garmin excercise data is not showing up in myfitnesspal

I just linked my garmin connect to my fitness pal but none of my exercises are showing up in myfitnesspal. Is this supposed to lync automatically? I was expecting to see all my workouts and excecise show up here automatically. I had my best run ever tody, 1 mile in 8:35. Its on my garmin connect but not here.
