almost 2 mos post surgery

Hello everyone,

I won't repeat what I wrote on my first post but I am wondering about calories, fat and sodium. I work 12 hr shifts as I said and like portable food for work. Have any of you had trouble with losing weight initially due to not eating as low fat etc. as you should. I initially wasn't eating enough protein etc. (about 2 meals a day) and now, in order to get all my protein; i feel i am eating all the time. To be honest, i feel too full and am afraid of my weekly weigh in Wednesday. I think I am concerned because it feels like it should come off faster and also my weight loss stalled when I wasn't eating enough; i stayed the same for 2 weeks.

Am I obsessing too much about this, is it normal to be over on calories etc. to get protein etc. in. Please let me know your cautions or positiive experiences. Also, if you have any tips, please send them my way. I love friends and being that I live an hour away from my bariatric clinic, i am not affiliated with a support group.
