Looking to get started and stay going

I'm hoping to get my life straightened out as far as food and exercise go. I need to eat healthier, while staying on a budget and also incorporating some activity. I'm not a gym person, so that won't happen. But I'd love to learn Yoga, maybe do some friendly walking challenges. I just need to slim down, tighten up, and stay mentally on track while doing so. I'm hoping so folks in my area will be of like mind and desires and join up.
