I had my surgery on Monday! (Aug 14 2017) just look for a little guidance! I'm not sure what to expect! At this point of course I'm still on liquids, but even that hurts. I'm determined to be successful with this, but I feel like I'm in the dark right now. Any advice helps!

    It will get better I promise. My surgery was 12/12/16! I am 32 pounds from my goal weight. If I eat the wrong food I know it. Some signs that I have eaten the wrong this is my throat gets very phlegmy, nose runs and it just plan hurts. Here to help in any way. Of you have any questions just ask.
