I just bought the burn walk 30 day walk off kit.
I know she has a 30 day plan that shows which one to use when, but it doesn't really address what should be done if total beginner?
Any help with this is appreciated.

Leslie will regularly talk about doing only what you are comfortable with and within the space you have. I recommend watching 1 walk before actually doing the routine. This was you get an idea of what to expect and what works for your level. There are 4 basic moves she sticks too. She reviews these 4 moves at the start of the majority of her DVD's. Watch the first few minutes and then slowly try each move with or without the DVD. You may surprise yourself on what you can do. If you're worried about balance keeping a dinning room chair close by isn't a bad idea either. Hope this helps.0

Thank you! I've done a 30 minute walk, twice, since I last posted.
