    Last week was not a good week and I let it get the better of me. With everything my issue of my hip and knee started acting up again also. I did go to the gym last night and kept it slow and steady, but got some exercise in. Here's to a better week!

    This last week was better. Cutting down on sweets again, eating better foods at meal times. Trying to stay a little more active (which is really hard right now.) But I'm trying! Still trying to keep my water intake up.
