I feel like I'm eating TOO MUCH, and MFP agrees

Options
I started 21DF a few days ago, and my original calculation told me I need 1900 calories per day (I'm currently 206 pounds).

I used to over eat and eat way too many carbs, but since becoming aware of what I'm eating and listening to my body (stopping when I'm full, drinking water when I'm "hungry" aka bored, eating healthy alternatives to my cravings like grapes to curb sugar craving instead of a cookie), I would track at the end of the day and be anywhere from 700-1200 calories.

Since starting 21DF, I have to force myself to eat, and often am too full to finish! I know 700 isn't healthy, but do I really need 1900?!

To lose 2 pounds per week, MFP says I should be at 1410 net calories, 176 g carb, 47 g fat and 71 g protein. 21DF put me way over these numbers. Am I doing something wrong?
