In the weekly Warrior Mini-Goal Challenge focus on your short term goals.

Focusing on one week at a time, when the big picture seems too overwhelming. Small changes can bring on big results!!

Choose one or more things you want to work on for just this week. Don't set it too high or unreachable!!

Please, make sure your week works for you. Sun to Sat or Mon to Sun, whatever is YOUR week!

You can reach your main goal if you break it into small actionable steps. It could be as easy as 1-2-3!

1) Choose something you know you can do easily.
2) Add more difficult tasks to your plan.
3) These small steps will get you started, motivated & help build routine for long term success!!

Anyone interested in joining us for another week, or a first week, or a get back on track week?

Check in often, have a great week and do the best you can! :)

HI Julie- thanks for getting the group started. Great job with your consistency in checking in. Good goals. Have fun with your camping.

Hi skymingen- great start to your week. Keep it going. Have a good time this weekend.

Molly- I know this is a busy week for you. Have a good week and make as many smart choices as you can.

Hearts- hope to see you here soon. You can make progress this week one smart decision at a time.

All of the new minigoalers who joined us recently, we would love to see you back if this might work for you. It is a struggle but we are worth it.

I have been struggling for quite some time. I am determined to get back on track. I have done 5,000 or more steps 2-3 times a week but want to get to 4 or more. I also need to get in workouts. That is my goal this week.

    Hello Warriors!

    Thanks Julie!! and Paulette

    @skymningen and Julie have a great trip!! : B)B)

@forestrose910 - we all struggle at times. The good thing is you are not giving up and you are still making progress despite your struggles. Keep on stepping my friend and the rest will come in time. Being mindful is half the battle.

I did too much celebrating last 2 days. Being at hospital with Dad was very stressful but back on track today. No blue dot days so far this week and no veggies either. Good news is I got in my steps yesterday. I had mushrooms and peppers on pizza Monday lol Started to count that as a serving of veggies but was not enough to count it. lol ;)

    Goals week of 8/21/17:
    1) Five blue dot days on WW - 0/5
    2) 6000 step goal - 1/4
    3) 10 min housework 2 days - 0/2 (de-clutter)
    4) Minimum of ONE veggie a day - 0/7 (Th, F, Sa, Su, M, - No veg M, Tu,)

    August WW Meeting (every Monday)
    Attendance 3/4
WW Weight Loss Summary as of 8/21/17
    Total lost 18.8 lbs

Oh my goodness....all the time I have been spending to organize and pack for our camping trip has meant no time for other stuff. It's very interesting because I am counting calories like crazy to make sure we have enough food, at the right # of calories, for all 6 people who are on this trip. You don't want to carry an ounce more because everything extra makes your backpack heavy.

@IsMollyReallyHungry Any disruption such as you've had with your dad is a challenge, and so good for you to get back on track like a champ. I would totally count those veggies on the pizza LOL

@forestrose910 I hope you can find your renewed energy for being on track again and hitting those workouts you know will do you good. I am also not working in the work outs I want, but I promise that on my return here Sept 5th, to work that in to my week. Maybe we can work on that goal together. Hang in there and like Molly said, keep on stepping and the rest will come

My goals so far for Thursday...

    1) Track and be green (1/4)
    2) Meditate (0/3)
    3) No alcohol on 3 weekdays (0/3)
    4) Add a new weekly workout (0/1)

I am signing off for the week and wish you all a splendid week! Keep on the good fight!

Molly, Paulette - go go go!

@skymningen - you were doing great on your goals. I hope you managed to stay on track and make great choices. Hope you have a great weekend.

I will be back with bells on for sure, from my grueling backcountry trip in a canoe with the mosquitoes and the black flies and dehydrated food. I really am looking forward to it :-) Here is a picture of one of the lakes where we will stay for 2 nights.

See you back here on Tuesday September 5.
