Skip, hope you are continuing to improve; pain free.
Hope critters are doing better where Lee can get a rest.
Steph, how is presentation coming along?
Mary, when we don't have air here very little gets done; just saying.
Traffic was lite this morning but today must be 1-20's day for State Patrol, followed a couple in where everyone were afraid to go past them. Generally it's Tuesdays and Thursdays for them to concentrate on I-20.
Jack having a shoot today, we all know he'll ace it.
They claim a cold front is coming in today, we've been lied to before. 94 - 99 yesterday going home.

Got a lot done in the shop, yesterday, until the grandkids came over. Then I watched them play in the backyard skrinklers - fun, but not especially productive.0 -
Arrived at shoot location. It's a lot of hurry up and wait.
Sam - the early bird gets the worm.
David - I gave turned bowls and candlesticks in shop class in school but I was young and either never knew the name for the blank or I forgot.0 -
Morning (errr....afternoon).
Can't believe it - but woke up at 1045! Oi Vay!
Sam - I'm with you...No a/c = no work. I do not miss those 5 tee-shirt days in the firehouse years ago. We judged how hot it was by how many tee-shirts you went through each day.
Walking is going well and pain is all but subsided. Wearing the brace and ice helps. DW has been magnificent.
Good luck with Lowe's today, Happy Jack. I am betting he looks good in flannel and a tool belt....(Rico Suave on four legs).

- Busy morning at the salt mine. My stuff and backing up a colleague who is out.
- Looking forward to seeng HJ in a Lowes ad.
- Sounds like recuperation is progressing well Skip.
- Sam, the State Patrol was out on I-20 yesterday afternoon too. Keeping us safe I'm sure. How's the DW holding up to her treatments?
- I dropped my new Galaxy S8 on the parking lot yesterday. If there was any doubt on the Otterbox Defender case it is gone. No damage.

The eclipse was more than amazing in the Willamette Valley around Salem, Corvallis (home of Oregon State), and McMinnville (home of the air/ space museum housing the world's largest aircraft in the form of the venerable Spruce Goose) . We viewed the early part in the shadow of a plane from the Blue Angels. The clearest skies anywhere in the country for sure.
We took back roads from Portland suburb area leaving at 3 a.m. (1 hr 5' drive) and got home in 1 hr 30' using one slight google detour coming home. We stayed for lunch and a tour of the air/space museum which helped too.
Oh and the craft beer of choice is Ecliptic Brewing Chromosphere Blonde Ale (no brainer).
Oh thanks Dennis. I too have an otter box but picked up a late edition of the Galaxy S7 which I do like.

That looks like a brain.
Getting much done around here since I'm home alone. Just cleaned the carpets.
Down over 7 pounds now. Woot.
On Saturday, after climbing 6 flights of stairs 2 times to avoid the very long elevator line. Mom said I was " ignorant and just stupid to do the stairs when I could've just waited!" I bit my tongue because the f bomb was coming out. Ha ha.
Nothing that going on here. Just loving the quiet. I can't believe our TV volume is down so low!!!0
