At the beginning of every month, we welcome new arrivals to the UAC. At the end of every month, there are some new finishers. Congratulate yourselves that you are working on the healthy habits that make each of our lives better.

I have always liked your opinion!
I may not have been officially on board this month but taking the month to get my life back in order I am back to exercising before work. Now it's time to knock off those extra pounds. Slow and steady is my motto.
Bob I did a race and kept the shirt LOL it's purple with lime green lettering. It's my weekend shirt it's so ugly it makes me laugh and I thought of you. I call it Bob's shirt even my hubby calls it that now. He goes your not going out in Bob's shirt are you? LOL.

Exercised?: Yes. Walked 5 Km in 37mins (hills).

Tracked?: Yes.
Faster today. Just under the 37 minute mark (36m 58s) for the 5km.
Wife away at most of the again today (agricultural show - wool spinning).
(I think I am definitely a finisher)

Sept 27th
Evening everyone.
Wet day again here, but managed to dodge the showers this morning when I had my jog. Wasn't so lucky on my bike ride, and the temperature has dropped too - brrrr!
I need to get myself some cycling gloves, my hands were like ice coming home tonight.
Off to a friends house tomorrow to fix her PC (It's also my job) then I'll take the dogs a walk.
A hike planned for Saturday if all goes well. Taking a friend to Hardwick Hall, I have passes to go into the hall, grounds and ruins for two, so hopefully it's a nice day for walking and I'll have some piccies to share again.
Sooo, today....
Exercised?: Yes - 35mins Jog, 70mins doggie walk, 110mins bike ride
Calories?: Yes.

Did two days of PT yesterday due to rain today so that certainly made me physically drained. tho my mental stayed strong and I did better than a good chunk of people who ended up giving up. (It did leave me sore tho so I worry for tomorrows opat, Tho I'm hoping to just do alittle bit better)
Tomorrow is the auction of the property where I grew up in and my old family house so that'll be a huge emotional rollercoaster for me aswell as my 2nd Opat so it'll certainly be a stressful day but I should be good calorie wise.
Still on for winners circle as long as I dont use any more passes for the remaining days.5 -

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. 3 mile dog walk and an evening walk at Rodeo Park. It's more of a community park so little league and pick up games going on. It is well lit though so a good option for after dark

Calories cut it close today. 8km walk with my daughter this morning. My feet are feeling sore this evening!2

Way under calorie goals this week, it's weird, it's always been such a struggle to not go over, but for the last week, i just don't want to eat and have to work to get at least 1100 calories in. My goal is 1425.2 -
