We are in the last lap toward the September winners circle, so raise your hands, if by your count, you expect to qualify. I do.
Now, please tell us...are you planning on finishing September in the Winner's Circle?
Thanks, Rick

I've only taken one pass day, so I anticipate that I'll be in the winner's circle. Thank you.5

Exercised?: Yes. Walked 5 Km in 38mins (hills).
Calories?: Yes.
Tracked?: Yes.
Average day exercise wise for me (not slow or fast). Kept pace despite having to tie shoes (twice). Korean for dinner .
Should be in circle again. No pass days so far this month.
If you fail to plan, you plan to fail. However, no plan survives first contact with implementation (or the enemy). Therefore, you need to also be flexible in your plans.
@trixsey1. Great pictures yesterday.
@hawkins410. 3 strikes (passes) is not out. (It's not baseball ). 4 balls (up) means stepping out of the circle. (Balls up is a british slang expression for a bungled or badly carried out task). You can still do this. There are only 6 days left this month.

I will not be in the winner's circle. However, I am a believer in "failing well". I will learn from this. I will make progress because of this. Well done to those of you who have had success this month. Good luck to the other failures who will go on to flourish!7

Sept 25th
Weather is very wet here, but didn't deter me from my morning jog. Walked into town after for a little shopping, then headed out with the dogs ( 6 miles ). By then the rain had almost stopped, just the odd short shower.
Clocked up 13.6 miles today, burned 1318 calories and the day still isn't over for me as I intend on going for a bike ride this evening too with a friend.
Had my evening meal, and logged in a snack for later as my calorie intake is very low again today - not by choice, I've just hardly been in the house long enough to prepare a meal, lol and my breakfast and lunch was very light on calories.
Managed to log 114km / 71 miles last week (walking/jogging), with a total step count of 172,377.
Cycling comes to 44km / 27 miles, bringing total distance travelled to 157km / 98 miles.
Hope you've all had a great start to a new week. Can't believe it's October on Sunday!
Oh, almost forgot, I'm in the winners circle for this month @RangerRickL, just 1 pass day but everything else has been on track and I've joined the group again for October.
I will be taking a pass day next month, by choice, as it's my son's birthday on the 12th and I intend on celebrating it with him. Will post later in October anyway, nearer the time.
Hugs to all........xx4 -
Definitely not in the winner's circle this month, but I won't stop trying! Congratulations to everyone still on the running! Only a few more days! You can do it!
Exercise? Yes; 46 minutes of strength training and a 1.3 mile run
Calories? Yes
Tracking? Yes
I did not do well on an exam today, but I'm brushing it off and trying a new studying approach for next time. My point, though, is even though I didn't get much sleep, and I was upset with my performance on my test, I went to the gym and felt much better. I need to remind myself every once in awhile how fortunate I am to be healthy, have a strong body, loving friends, and a safe home. Not only did working out trigger these thoughts and ease my stress, but it reminded me that I've worked hard before and succeeded, and I can do it again. I'm also lucky to have all of you and am grateful that you are sharing your journey with me. I hope everyone had a good start to the week! Happy Monday!5 -
Great attitude @pears734
@trixsey1 I remember you saying there is no bad weather just poor clothing choices. You really live up to it. Your mileage is incredible.
Was going to take a rest day after a strong weekend, but I was wide awake at 4am. Walked 3 miles and did some strength and stretching. Calories and tracking fine.
One pass day this month. Should be ok for the circle.
