    @trixsey1 great pics as always!
    Very active weekend. tracked and under calories both days. Today I actually earned more than I ate. Don't remember ever doing that. It was a beautiful day and since I haven't done a 40 mile bike ride this summer, I cycled most of the afternoon. -- After zumba in the morning, some yard work and some strength exercises thrown in. Went out to dinner and ate well-- filet Mignon and lobster tail!!!

    Exercise: yes, beautiful morning. We went around the neighbouring island, for a total of 25 km. A lot of hills. Great workout.
