    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?Yes had to do some basic physical at my recruiters today for 45mins
    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes
    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    I'll be training 3times a week at my recruiters until I leave so that'll be some nice exercise.

    Weighed in this morning. Unfortunately the scales went the wrong way. Trying to analyze why. This is usually the point I throw my hands up and say why bother.... It is psychological I know.

    Will work through it and stay on track. Wil not let this glitch derail me!!!

    @loopydo2017 Sunsets always inspire me. Good job on the pic. Exercising outside is the best.

    @marthall good job on your weight training. Wish I could get motivated to do likewise.

    @LoraineGB Boat rides especially on a pontoon are the best. Seems it just relaxes you and takes all your cares away.
