Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?Yes had to do some basic physical at my recruiters today for 45mins

I'll be training 3times a week at my recruiters until I leave so that'll be some nice exercise.3 -

Weighed in this morning. Unfortunately the scales went the wrong way. Trying to analyze why. This is usually the point I throw my hands up and say why bother.... It is psychological I know.
Will work through it and stay on track. Wil not let this glitch derail me!!!

@marthall good job on your weight training. Wish I could get motivated to do likewise.
