    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. Walk around Memphis

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yes

    Today we went to the outlaws for a Fish Fry, it was delicious. I haven't seen them since July 4th last year, I need to get to Memphis more often.

    Back downtown for the afternoon/evening and ribs at Blues City Cafe. This is a special place as it's where I met my husband. The band was excellent, they're called The Brian Cunnings Band, they play skiffle and have great crowd interaction, I would highly recommend if you're ever down this way.

    So a pass day for me today

    PS.....And I will be wearing white, at last until it gets below 75 degrees!

    A good day. Yes x3. Went to the zoo with my 22 month old grandson this morning. Brisk 60 minute walk with 2 friends after supper.

    Our weather temps really dropped today and we even got a few very welcomed sprinkles of rain. I actually sat outside and let my body soak it up for awhile. :D
    For my exercise, I danced to my newest Zumba DVD. Three years ago I drove into Los Angeles where I took an all day class from Gina Grant. At the end of the fun (and exhausting) nine hours, I had earned my license to teach Zumba classes. I've never used it, but one of the perks is that I receive a new Zumba DVD every other month. I still feel like it is Christmas when I get a new one in the mail!
    I was sore in all the RIGHT places today and that felt great! B)
