Good Morning!
I have not posted for a few days, and I have not read the back threads yet.
I hope that everyone is doing well.
Our Sally Sue had surgery on her ear (some hemo something), and teeth deep clean. She is wearing the "cone of shame" for three weeks. THAT is a tough thing to get used to for all of us! She is only on day three out of three weeks. Sigh....
Almost finished with the costing/pricing for next year at work. Then, maybe things will calm down at work for a little while.

I believe that playing with grandkids can be one of the most productive things one can do; believe it or not you are planting little seeds.
How'd Jack's shoot go, we know he was superb.
Dennis, State Patrol are our early today, sitting in shadows in Covington. We went to Bone Island last night saw a good many from your hood but no Dennis or Chris.
Kids gone is GREAT, Parents at your home NOT so great.
DW seems to be holding up, they are increasing Chemo 3 days a week, numbers still not where they want them.

My Sally is going back to the vet tomorrow. She's no better and she hasn't missed a dose of her meds either.
Our house is oh so clean. Cleaned the little bit of carpet that we have last night
I got a cuisinart k cup coffee pot and I have to say that I'm loving my coconut mocha right now.
Looking forward to seeing jack on the big screen!!

Big trial this weekend. Dog training today. Billy the Greek and Geoff know each other and had a brief conversation about Babe last weekend at the Hunt Test. Things got awkward. Am mending fences this week while prepping for the trial.

Mary sounds like you and I are experiencing some stress at work recently. Good thing we have our gardens to calm us when we get home. That and a full liquor cabinet.

Our quest to find a new rental work space isn't fairing very well given our low budget. How bout I just work from home - uuggghh. Lucky lotto winner is out east in MA. Back to the grind.

Lee, hope you can smooth over the trainers competing and also have a better work day. Its almost the weekend!
Cant believe labor day is right around the corner, already - boohoo, though I love fall, the summer went too quick.

Skip, hope you are getting better. Pain meds sure can take a toll in other areas, be mindful, drink your water, lots of it. How long are you out of work?

DW is still in our prayers, Sam.
Cecilia is working from home today. That's going to impact my sitting on the couch like a bump on a log time. Calf is still hurting, so sitting around is pretty much all I can do.
I did leave the house to see Dunkirk yesterday. It was good, but not full price movie and $6 soda good. Catch the matinee or wait for it to come to Redbox.0 -

•DD had a strange set-back by getting shingles on her tongue causing all foods to burn and taste metallic. YIKES. She is taking anti-viral stuff and I think getting better. She left on a plane for New York to take our GS back to St John's University yesterday and had Italian dinner last night. Hanging in there.

Oh and thanks Lee that dogs aren't too susceptible for looking at eclipses. I knew they didn't look at the sun much in general.

Landlord wants to take 3000 sq. ft of warehouse space away from us and put that area under construction for a separate additional space for him to rent out. His favor to us he says is he I wont raise rent Dec. 1. Um, you just did, doubled the price per sq/foot dude. Going from 6000 to 3000 is not feasible for the same rent, and we need the space, and cant do business under construction during his demo time anyway.. So basically the guy wants us out, so he can re-do entire space and up the rent for both new spaces he'll end up with. This space in this downtown neighboring area is turning a corner to be a supposed hot spot future, so they think....
Meanwhile, business has picked up a bit for us from where the last year ended, but so has our rework and warranty work on projects that sold/shipped out in late 2016 to current 2017. One problem arising on top of another, day in and day out. Its annoying for me, the salesperson. We need to get our mfging act together. sigh. Im getting stressed and annoyed. And now to have to move too, with that added work and expense, yikes. My end of year bonus likely is not coming, the way things look.0 -
