Hi I'm 8yrs and 6mo out of Gastric. I've had few complications and much success but also a few setbacks. Which brings me to this group. I've just recently had a major lifestyle change and I'm up 20lbs from where I want to be and 40lbs from my lowest weight. I'd love to hear from any long timers on issues or suggestions to keep it off? Thanks
