It's a holiday weekend,
Dave, most smart folks sleep very little; look at Einstein, Webster and Benjamin Franklin.
Thinking about smoking a Beef Brisket this weekend, suppose to be on sale will pick-up this afternoon.
DD and her family coming tonight till Sunday so that we will keep DGS while they go to Georgia football game.
Hope all backs are better.

Good morning gentlemen.

The Weather Service has issued a heat advisory for thge Labor Day weekend. Of course her that means upper 80s to mid 90s. Still, it's been a wierdly warm summer in the PNW.

Slept better last night.

A friend called yesterday to say he is cutting down a couple "monster" cherry trees if I want some of the wood for turning. I'll drive over this afternoon to see what he has. Word of mouth is the best way to keep supplied.

Yeah a bit south of David in Portland and hotter. May see 7 days in a row above 90 with one or two above 100. My poor DD teaches school and no a.c. there. She has just gotten on her feet from mastectomies, chemo,gall bladder surgery, and shingles on her tongue.

Good Morning. Triple Digits+ start today through the weekend and into the week. I am so excited. Trying to get out the door to the pool to get some laps in. I am so excited.
