I have started on my first round of Clomid (50mg) yesterday and I had just started Couch to 5K last Monday (I have completed 2 of the 3 runs per week). Now I am wondering if it is still safe to continue with this workout? I have done a little research online and some sites say its ok and even encouraged, but others say that walking is ok, but not jogging/running. I don't want to do anything that may hinder my TTC efforts. Just a note, I have not worked out for about a month or two, so this is a totally new workout. What do you guys think?
