Excercise and Juicing

Hi! I exercise a lot - work out with a trainer twice a week. I am starting to juice slowly and was wondering if I do juice and just natural fruits, vegetables, nuts and one meat for protein at night - if you think I will still lose. I want to lose about 75 lbs. but am worried about the lack of protein in my diet if I work out 4-5 days a week - 3 very intense and then walk - 2-3 miles 4-5 times a week too....
Hoping that those who have succeeded can offer me some insight.
Thanks

I can't say for sure as I am new to this juicing thing myself. My son got me to watch the movie and like others it inspired me to get a juicer and start a somewhat juicing plan. My son and his fiance just completed a 60 day juicing only fast and he lost 88lbs and she lost 70lbs. They did go hiking quite often for exercise as well but had no other source of nutrition. They have started eating solid foods again but are staying vegan to start with. He says they both feel great and have no loss of energy at all. I am still drinking a protein shake everyday though, the brand I use has 30g of protein. Good luck to all of us!

I think you'll be fine but you really just have to try it and see how it works for you. Juicing gives me more energy and personally I don't eat that much protein, I think there is protein-hype that makes people want to eat more than they really need. I eat mostly vegetarian plant based whole foods and I can get 60 or so protein grams easily, sometimes more like yesterday I had 80 grams. Mind I am not juicing now (just moved and my juicer is in storage) but I have done juice fasts and prefer to drink juice daily. Can't wait to get my juicer back!
