I'll get things started for this week!

Kayjosh2422 - I hope all is well with you and you're winning the battle with Harvey. Our hopes and prayers go out to you, your family and all of your neighbours.

This was a good week for me. I lost 1.8 lbs - I've passed the 40 lb mark overall and I'm back in 1derland - all good. All of the company has gone home and I'm at the cottage this week by myself. So, I'm in complete control. Let's see how it goes. So far, so good.

Here are my stats:

CGW - 188
UGW - 140ish

    Can't even make an excuse other than I traveled last weekend and then had the holiday weekend. Obviously been indulging a bit much and not tracking. Concentrating on logging this week as I ended up with a head cold over the weekend. Not much energy and don't want to go to the gym to spread any unnecessary germs.

    I haven't logged my weight in over a month. Staying around the same, some days up but it goes back down. Unfortunately not going down any further. I eat fast food WAY TOO MUCH!
    Trying to change that and looking for a change on the scale for the better. Also need to get a lot more water and exercise in.
