Losing Weight While On Meds

Hi, I was able to lose weight in the past while on psych meds but have gained most of it back after being put on a steroid for another reason. Changing my meds is not an option. I do not overeat but I am getting nowhere. Thankfully I have stopped gaining. Any advice that is offered would be greatly appreciated. Also, feel free to friend me. Maybe we have this in common.
