    Good morning BBB Friends.
    • Hard to think of much other than those in South FL as Irma is beating on the Keys and heading north.
    • My DS is in a nursing home in Bradenton that decided to board up and knuckle down.
    • Naples / Ft. Myers area appears to be in for a very bad time. Glad we are not worried about Raine, Tom and Jack being there. Of course they would have been in the RV somewhere else.
    • I'm working the late service at church this morning. After that we are moving everything portable outside in.
    • Have a safe day.

    Good Morning BBB.
    Storm hitting the Keys.
Its unfathomable that our stinking state is so screwed up that our Task Force cost is 3 times that of neighboring states - they have been deployed and we have not. It is killing me to watch from the sidelines.
Most friends we have in SW Florida have evacuated.
Some dear friends are honkered down.
Praying for all in the storm's path including animals.

    Good morning BBB

Yes, praying for those in Irma's path.

We got some light rain yesterday, and there is more in the forecast for next week, so they might get a handle on the fires.

DW is still under the weather, so I'll be flying solo at church this morning.

Late night watching storms. Just getting online to see a litany of response actions. Seawall is going to be unfathomable.

    Hope all are safe today!

Where are all the cool kids?

    Morning

We pray for those living these terrible couple of weeks and the ones to come. Makes the 10 years I dealt with a flooding basement issue look like nothing. Lots of FL vehicle and RV plates around these parts. Many Wisconsin snowbirds down in Florida, likely back here evacuating with family here . DS1 got some college Florida friends some football tickets yesterday so they are came up to Columbus for a few days as well.

We're having the cool kids over here for forced family fun day as we call it. DS2 is bringing his new gf, it's the first time she'll be with us all together she's met several of us separately. Go Packers!

We are doing salad bar and turkey chili. There's one that doesn't eat red meat we got one with celiacs we got beautiful skinny girls that eat healthy, Ds2 gfriend is a pt personal trainer.... so this is all good for my mission to eat healthier to, get back OP. Funny how likely I'm the one that wants to cook up a storm with fat foods and the kids they dont want it, they more want to hang out and have fun..... And take our money in poker , lol

    Peace, love, hugs BBB

    Morning BBB

Took a break from the phone over the weekend. Dad has terrible reception so it is easier to just stay off it.

Went to a junior high football game 64-60 a high school football game don't remember the score but since my nephews team was losing handily he got to play the while 4th quarter as a freshman. Had an extended family reunion at a pumpkin patch an aunt and uncle own (72 in attendance) painted and redecorated dad's kitchen and shampood all of his carpets.

Heading home now and got an early start so should be home by 1:30. Need to make a Costco run and a little housework but happy to be home before dark.

    Good Morning,
Fixed breakfast, not the healthiest;sausage, cheese grits, eggs sunny-side up, herb cheese biscuits.
Picked beans, tomatoes and peppers, will pick okra this afternoon.
Took umbrella down and secured table and chairs.
Ferns taken down where they were being blown sideways and set in yard for rain coming. Other plants taken off stands and up against house.
    Irma come on.
Many schools closing and some municipalities are closed Monday, hoping Fulton County decides to close.
DMIL has not seen Bob riding around, his daughter and her family evacuated to here.
Lots of neighbors have cars from FL and other parts of GA in drive with extra parking near clubhouse full.
Went to Mexican restaurant last night, DMIL orders jumbo margarita, after stumbling me and DW had to help her her out.
Lou, sounds like you may get to choose your opportunity; fingers crossed for you.
Lisa, know you will rock it!
    Mary, congrats on sales.
Lee, sounds as your dad will miss blunt of Irma, but they say that tornadoes may be springing up eastern side as Irma moves northward.
Raine, patience, there are several more storms a coming.
    Enjoy the Day,
    Sam I am

Skins surely followed history - losing home opener (again)! I need to get to Denver and align with a new team soon!
