As martial artists who are also members of a WL and fitness website, it can be helpful for us to remain accountable to each other, and share training ideas.
Any time you participate in class, or practice out side of class, post here and let everyone know. You can write something as simple as "Went to sparring class... got my licks in", or get into as much detail on the practice as you'd like.
This post gets rebuilt every day, to remind us to approach each practice/training/class with a fresh perspective:
- It doesn't matter how hard you worked yesterday... what matters is what you do today.

45 minute Karate Kata class tonight, followed by 15 minutes of bow staff work. By the end my shoulders were BURNING. (I was kinda regretting the 21 Day Fix dirty 30 workout this morning. I usually don't double up my workouts, but I took a rest day yesterday.)1

Nice work Bianca! Today was intense training day in muay thai for me - worked on some techniques i'll use on fight day and my heart-rate was up after the combos and sparring. No BJJ warmups as there was only four students and we flow-rolled for a few minutes, but took it easy. Fight is only 11 days away, so we want to take away the intensity of training...2

My fiance also is letting me use her Garmin to track steps and though having a sedentary job sucks, it's nice to reach goals!2

Boxing for me today. Good work on improving my catch-counter.1
