How are things with everyone? Sam and Dennis ok?
Raine, any luck on the house?
Lisa, your group is the best to help out the fire victims.
Make it a splendid day my friends.

    Mornin' BBB.

Lisa, I have been thinking of writing a book for a long time. It will be titled "Dogs I've known". It is a nod to Will James, a cowboy from the early 1900's who wrote about horses, and one of his books was titled "Horses I've known".

Kelly, get your funny on today. I could use a good knee slapping.

    Good Morning,
Congratulations on LOSS Kelly, how is painting coming?
Had to come into work today. Many still without power, our schools out where we live are closed due to no power and still have not gotten trees cleared where folks can get to schools. Overnight they did get traffic lights working at on and off ramps to !-20. Traffic heading south continues heavy making it hard to get out of development. Several stations still out of gas.
Got things around house cleaned up and put back in place.
    Enjoy the Day,
    Sam I am

    Good morning BBB.

Hope all can soon return to some semblance of normalcy. And a shout out to those unsung heroes out there, the linesmen (and women) who do such an amazing job of getting the power going again after a storm.

I'll check that book out, Lee. I'm always looking for a good read.

    Great loss, Kelly.

    Morning gang

Waking up in grand forks ND and will end the day across the state in Minot. I'm not the driver so hope to get all of my notes and photos typed up and labeled while in the car since I am taking Friday off.

Glad all the BBB family survived the weather disasters.

What a super idea, Lee! We need a touching memoir and to hear more shorts from Rainbow Bridge!!!

Long(er) day yesterday. Sore today. Doing too much. So taking it slow(er) today.

    Lecture tonight.

    Where's Friday?

Oh yea - watched the Apple launch yesterday - GOTTA HAVE IT! iPhone X is going to be a killer phone!

    Cheers

    Good Morning BBB.
Busy morning and time got away from me - Jack on treadmill - time to check in.
We continue to have open houses and each week we get one to two that come through the house. All love the house and property. No one has indicated the price is an issue. We just need to find one that wants this lifestyle.
    Kelly - nice lose!
    Steph - safe travels
    Lee - great book title.
Sam & Dennis - I hope your area gets back to normal soon.
    Do good out there everyone.

    Good morning BBB Friends.
We are back to normal in our 'hood. Power crews from all over are here doing yeoman's work. We are adjacent to a hospital so we may have received preferential treatment. We had buttoned down and stocked up so we had no issues. I spent most of my time reading a book on my Kindle. DW was knitting by high powered flashlight. I have a Ryobi 18v with a half dozen rechargeable batteries. The Publix grocery store opened up yesterday afternoon but had to toss all of the cold and frozen food because it was without power for too long. Anyways, life is back to normal for us. That's more than I can see for many others.

I'm afraid 9/11 didn't take on it's usual significance here but we didn't forget. Braves had a good showing in DC last night Skip. BTW, that iPhone X almost caught up to the Galaxy S8 8-). Lee, I could write a few chapters about my dogs for you. Sending rain thoughts to David and Bob. I'm with Lou!

Lee, I just looked up Will James and found he was the author of "Smokey the Cow Horse." I love that book - read it several times in my youth.

Smokey...loved it too. Wonderfully illustrated with his drawings.
