I looked back three days and sent most of you a private message which asked, "By your own count, are you in the Winner's Circle?" The UAC is a wonderful team challenge and we (@craigo3154 and @RangerRickL) look to you to keep your own score. If you say that you are in the Winner's Circle, then we say you are in the Winner's Circle. What say ye?

Exercised?: Yes. Walked 4 Km in 33 mins (hills).
Calories?: Yes.
Tracked?: Yes.
Different route today. Usual 5km is a 209m gain in altitude. The 4km walk is 190m gain in altitude (so is much steeper and therefore more demanding). Will use this as my usual route for a week.
Have been doing less in the daily strength workouts too, so it's time to put those back to full strength. My version of less is still 80 pushups per day + 10 door frame chin ups (I can remember when I was unable to do even 1 door frame chin ups ). That plus walking keeps me in shape, but my tone is not as good as it has been.
The idea of regular reviews it to find out where things are drifting and make sure they get back on course for where you want to be. Occurred to me last night that I need to check drift in my routine and re-align.
@RangerRickL. I just try help out where I can. The participants in this group are the real stars.

Morning everyone today my best bud and I are the bag team. We do the deposits for the company's. Now if I was dealing with customers I would be wearing my pumpkin sweater as I am in a vault I am going for totally slimming on camara as my partner is a size 00 so I look like an elephant next to her.
Exercise is done I did My 3 miles I know my partner has done at least 6. She keeps me on my toes.

So many posts to catch up on, I haven't had chance to read through them, but I do hope you are all doing well and in the winner's circle for this month.
I am out for October, it's been a mad month and totally lost track of everything - that being said I haven't been lazy, lol. Clocked up some miles walking last week and a lot more cycling, I just haven't logged and tracked my calories.
I usually log my weight on a Sunday, but it seems I've been bouncing back and fourth from 9st 7 and 9st 8 throughout the month, but that's understandable considering how this month has gone, lol.
Back on track starting today {I say with unassertive attitude }. It's starting to get cold here now, and I really need to start thinking about changing my exercise regime for more indoor activities.
The weather won't hinder my walks, but I can't run when it gets icy cold as the cold air hurts my chest, and it's hard to breathe.
What do you all do in the winter months as part of your exercise regime (other than a gym) ?

After the weekend I needed to book in a rest day, as my legs were killing me last night, lol.
So no run today, but did walk into town, a little food shopping and walked back.
Walked my doggies too, mixed terrain/hills (6 miles).
I've also reduced my calories today back down to 1220. MFP set it at 1470 since my last weigh in.
I rarely get above this, the odd occasion that I do, I've burnt off a lot of calories that day, but I was managing my logging better at 1220, so I've changed it back and will use calories freed from exercise if I need the extra fuel!
I also like to log ahead, plan my meals out at the start of each day so I know what I'm going to have and what I will allow myself extra (I sometimes need a healthy snack between meals or my hands start shaking, lol).
So will see how things go throughout November. All my goals for October have failed miserably, even my commitment to everyone here at the UAC, to encourage and support whenever possible, so I've kinda failed you guys there as well, so sorry or that.
Anyway, I'll leave you now with a few piccies of my weekend excursions!

October flew by. We have been totally slammed at work and the affects of hurricane Harvey on our supply chain is complicating things. I managed to exercise, track, and was under calories every day but two pass days. But I am out of the UAC winner's circle because mid month I totally stopped posting and reading updates for 8-10 days. You can't win if you don't play!!! The good news is my weight is where it should be.
I joined November. The winner's circle may not be realistic this coming month. --Planned weekend trips, husband surgery, Thanksgiving. My goal is to exercise, track, and be under calories as much as I can and be at the same weight as I am now.2 -

Exercise: yes, rode my bicycle and did hill intervals for about 2 hours. It's just so cold out, now, that this might be my last week or two of cycling until the spring. It was 5 Celsius, this morning! Yikes!
I'm trying to do as much outdoor exercising as I can before I have to take my show into the garage and trudge through circuit training and Nordic Track ski machine. Every. Day. For three months.
Calories: yes, stayed within my goal.
Tracking: yes, everything.1 -
Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes. 4 mile dog walk. I missed it yesterday due to 5k, I love our morning routine and it throws me off if I’m not part of it
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? No. We went to wash duvets at the Bar Laundromat, yes you read that right.…only in Vegas. You can wash duvets and drink $2.50 beer while you wait. Happy days lol

Exercise yes
I had to fill in for a workers this weekend and Monday while they were on vacation. We have a commercial janitorial service. My husband usually helps but didn't this time. Really hard physical work. Some of the accounts are really spread out so a lot of walking, bending reaching ect. Except for being sore from using muscles I don't usually use I did really well for me energy wise-attributing that to the daily exercise for the last 3 months.
