    Exercised?: Yes. Walked 5 Km in 37 mins (hills).
    Calories?: Yes.
    Tracked?: Yes.

    Good walk today - 36mins 25sec for the 5km.

    Dinner out tonight with wife (Japanese). First time in a while. Really nice, but not as good as home cooking. My wife is an excellent cook.

    Thanks @joyinlife77 @craigo3154 and @RangerRickL for the great suggestions regarding higher calorie/protein healthy foods.
    @joyinlife77 You are doing an amazing job with your daughter's specialized diet AND your daughter is teaching you soooo much( the perks of parenting/lessons from your children).

    Oct 12th - pass #2
    Oct 13th - walked into town / dogs.
    Oct 14th - 30 mile bike ride to Rufford Abbey. I'll post some piccies up soon.

    All logged and tracked for Fri and today. Sorry for such a quick post. Will catch up with you all tomorrow.....xx

  • Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yep...Completed my first ever 5k trail race. Very happy with my 2nd place finish in my age group ( 65-69 , I'm 69 ), since I've only recently started running again. Raining like crazy, very muddy trails, and brutal hills, but still enjoyed the race!! I see longer distances in my future.

    For 10/13 it was pass #3 (filed on the wrong day).

    For 10/14, three yes responses. A nice day of hiking at Shenandoah National Park and a party in the evening.

    Cleaned all day including some hours of heavy/vigorous cleaning. Lots of lifting and loading and unloading boxes. We have a two story townhome so I got some stairs in too.

    Under calories and logged all food and drink. :smiley:
