Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes - 21 day fix upper body and a long walk with the kids and dog. I'm really enjoying having them home this week.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Yes - 21 day fix lower body and then 35 minutes on the elliptical during the girls' swim practice. DD#1 (10yo) practices for 2 hours/day and DD#2 (8yo) practices for 45 min, 3x/week. M/W/F are long days at the gym/pool and, unless I have work to do or find myself talking to some of the other swim moms, I try to get some cardio in during their practice.

Exercised? Yes! Zumba for 40 minutes (I had to leave a little early) did a bunch of cleaning too! Actually took the day off work to get our house ready to show to two prospective buyers this weekend.
