My 86 year old mom is in the hospital again. It's not a crisis like a heart attack. It's a heart and body that are continuing to weaken and have insufficient power to maintain an energetic healthy body system.0 -

I got my fanny in gear this morning. Exercise is completed. I am in one of my favorite spots to work todayIt's raining and cold out but I do believe it is another dress day. Have a great day everyone !!

@pribud I joined aquasize. Or hydro aerobics it starts on the 19th. The problem is the class is Thursday night and Friday are my long days I either have a 10 or 12 hour shift. I am hoping I can handle it. Work refers to me as the energized bunny. Always zipping around work out attire is pink. But they have no clue I go to bed early.LOL3

Great time today again. 36 mins 20 seconds. Early walk, was pre-dawn (and pre-breakfast) when I started. Good thing I did as I had no time after work.
Dinner with parents tonight. It's been too long. Saying over and not returning home till tomorrow.
@RangerRickL. Wishing all the best for your mom. Remember to also take care of yourself while away.

Exercise: Yes. 50 min. walking/ and playing music while sitting about an hour which is strangely a form of cardio workout according to MFP.
Calories: Yes.
Tracked: Yes.
I menaged to stay in the calorie budget but this wasn't a very healthy day. I had to skip lunch and afternoon snack because I was at a hearing in court. Than I was really stressed out so I drank 2 galsses of wine instead of my usual fruit snack. It was hard to stop.

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Not today. I was up again four times last night with the pups. I just didn’t have it in me. I will take a pass day today

Although I did not start my day off as planned, I had a great day. Caught up with some long overdue FaceTime calls and had a private job today which was fun.
