Focus on the healthy habits, not specific foods. The goal of the UAC is to develop thoughtfulness. That skill set involves thinking before eating; choosing intentional daily exercise (sweat people!!); and eating/drinking less calories than whatever daily limit that you chose.

Oh it was so hard to get out of bed this morning. It is a tad bit cold so I reset the alarm and slept an extra 1/2 hour and did the 1/2 hour workout instead. Truth be told I got sucked into a Hallmark movie last night and stayed up later than I should. They all end happily ever after so I should have gone to bed early. LOL.
The pictures from the trail run yesterday were beautiful. Our leaves are not turning the pretty colors this year. Just brown and drop very fast.8 -

@2020pinktogo. A lot of the cars here are the various colors of wet road. (grey, while, washed out blue, dull red). When we got a new car back in Decemeber last year we got BRIGHT blue. makes me happy just to see it (and it is easy to see).

Days are getting shorter! I rode out a horseback in the dusk and rode back an hour later in the dark. But what a beautiful fall ride!!
