I'm very active (I run nearly every day), not technically overweight, and actually eat quite healthy food, but I do sometimes overeat, or eat without being hungry, especially at night. I would like to kick that habit, and I believe an accountability buddy or twin could help.
I don't use MFP to log calories - I eat lunch at the cafeteria for example, or sometimes cook together with my partner, and it wouldn't really be practical for me to calculate the calories in all my meals. More importantly, I feel like I do know at the end of the day whether I've been eating sensibly - and, I believe, having someone to share that with could help me do so.
If this sounds relatable, and if you have similar goals, please send me a message. Ideally we'd be checking in with each other daily - that could be through MFP, or through WhatsApp etc.

Just as an update: I do actually log my calories on MFP now, it's helped me keeping to my goals, and I'd like to stick to that. I also found support from my MFP friends to be helpful, but I also still think that having people whom I'd feel "personally" accuntable to would provide even stronger motivation.0
