Gooood morning and happy Friday! Woot. Big weekend here. Marathon is in our city tomorrow. We are volunteering at the start/finish line. Should be fun.
Both boys are now coming home. I went to the butcher shop and bought steaks for tonight. I'll be home about 1230 and make all the preparations in my mind for a messy but very happy house. My boys make me laugh.
Well, my heart is full. I hope you can all say the same.
Make is a superb day my friends.

Good morning BBB (This part of the PNW isn't sleeping either).

Caught my limit of rainbows in 90 minutes, yesterday, so I'm heading to the lake again this morning.

    Morning......

Dragging. Time zone change caught me. Can't seem to get motivated....

    TGIF.

    Enjoy family time!

    Mornin' BBB.

Good job on the 'bows, Dave. Good eats and good therapy. Congrats on the lathe!

Sorry to hear about the insomnia. Makes my various aches and pains and tinnitis seem trivial. Sleep in so important.

    Enjoy your spawn, Kelly.

Its official, AB is definitely in heat. Had to get the diapers out. Gotta cancel trial entries for next 3 weeks. Tess is happy to have her buddy home.

    Good Morning BBB.
Thank you for all the birthday wishes here and on Facebook. It was a wonderful day and continues tonight when Tom and I go out for dinner.
    Welcome home AB.
Lee - I'm interested if the rules do not let females in heat trial or is it your choice?
    Bill - welcome home.
    Kelly - enjoy every moment!
Mary - enjoy our last heat of summer.
    Do good out there everyone.

It's the rule. One of the males in our training group that won a trial two weeks ago, didn't want to train at all yesterday. Just wanted to get in truck with Babe. Imagine being at a competition and all the males quit working for their handlers and fighting and hiking their legs on everything.

Interesting Lee - we train working dogs to “work through” the distraction since we can’t control the situation in real life. It’s a b*#tch - pun intended!

We will still train, but just not compete. Jack's line of work is much more serious stuff.

Hot chicks are a distraction, as in many breeds LOL

Humid here, blah. Happy first day of Autumn

DS2 coming with gf tonite for dinner. Im marinating chicken breast kabobs with bell peppers, summer squash, onions. A garden salad, and also sliced garden tomatos with evoo and basil, and made a pumpkin sf jello pudding pie for desert. I think we'll get the board games out.

Enjoy your day BBB - TGIF

Assuming AB won't be bred for another litter, correct?

    Good one, Mary!

Dave - how will you get that heavy piece of machinery into garage?

    Where is Lou???

Bill - I did not see any but I heard on the news that US rescue teams were there assisting in the search efforts. Not sure who it is.

Now that I re-read it - you're right. It sorta sounds fishy B)
