Kelly, your weekend sounds AWESOME! I miss Dd21 who's in NM. She's only been gone for a month, but it feels like forever. *sigh*

I'm subbing a couple meetings this morning, which I always enjoy. This is for a leader who is particularly skilled, which means her groups will be accustomed to lots of participation and it should be easy for me. My favorite thing about subbing is that they haven't heard all my good stuff a bajillion times like my own groups have, so I can still dazzle them when I pull it out. Ha ha! Should be fun.
We watched Wonder Woman last night ... I enjoyed it.

Raine - how was the Japanese Steakhouse?
Date night with DW last night at Ruths Chris. We got to sit outside and watch antics of the restaurant valet. Apparently someone stole a car from the valet - cops were everywhere. Oi....
Today is a reunion for my old Firehouse. Anxious to see everyone. I missed the last one several years ago as it was the same weekend as my graduation party. 97 are RSVP's - so should be a great afternoon.
Poor AB. What does she look like? Glad she's home!

Birthday dinner was wonderful - excellent food and even better company! We love just being together.
Lisa - you will rock the meetings- we do exchange presents -Tom gave me auxiliary taillights for my bike - they attach to the saddlebags.

I got a solid seven hours sleep last night - really unusual, for me, but has me looking forward to the day.
Choir is singing at a church retreat, today. Thankfully, the Ducks don't kickoff until 7:30 tonight. Gotta have my football, too.1 -

Great dinner here last night with ds2, gf and her 6mo. old very well behaved and cute 6mo. Old Goldendoodle, Maddie. Maddie is a curly haired brown and white, smart girl, and I was happy to see she is being trained and well cared for. Maddie and family are welcome back anytime I'm happy to see my son so happy. Midnight before we wrapped up the night.
Yard work today in the heat. I have two 8ft. Tomato plants that are totally laying on the grass, tipped over. I'm going to just pull them out now, and be done at this point I can't keep them staked up any longer.
Then it's onto to prep for the ground hornets nest drowning at dark. Wish us luck!

Raine, I've always told Jim (when watching fireflies in the summertime, because it's probably important that you know the frame of reference for this!) that I'd be the most popular woman in the world if only my tush lit up. You get to make that happen!!! Enjoy your new taillights!

Awesome Fire Department reunion today! Perfect weather; good showing; a reminder that the fire service is filled with noble servants! Got to see friends from bygone days. Reminder that many are no longer with us.
