But eating poorly is an added measure of stress and I'm sure you have more than your share of stress right now. Take care, Sweetie!! I had a good week this week - I lost 2.2 lbs . I've been working quite a lot lately which complicates the whole meal thing a bit. But my little part-time job is in a gym so it does ensure that I work out. All in all, it's pretty good - I have my head on straight and my goal is in focus.

2 weeks postpartum and I'm down 23.4 lbs, still lots to go, but I'm getting there. I'm surprised I didn't gain considering I ate 2 large pumpkin pies to myself.
