Share with the group to tell us a little bit about yourself. It can range from your lifestyle, what you like/don't like, good/bad habits, inspiration speech of your progress, etc. It will be great to get to know YOU, not what everyone else sees you as.

My name is Z for short (snazzy nickname). I created this group in order to just have to go to one place and find support. I am not interested in scoping out the message boards to find friends, but rather have a selected few. I am hoping to cover a variety of subjects that everyone can be interested in. I hope that the other members will feel like this is a comfortable spot to just open up in. I am married and have two cats and a puppy. The puppy really helped start my weight loss desire, because I knew I had to walk him daily. My niece brought me to this site and within this week, I have lost four pounds just with my change in habit (writing things down). I have never been able to lose weight, except for the one time I was overseas and I lost twenty pounds. I came back to America and gained it back plus another twenty. Ouch. I want to at least get back to my high school weight which I had from the age of 13 through 40. As time goes on, I hope we form a reliable bond support system with the members of the group!0
