Half of all Americans acknowledge that they engage in stress eating – reaching for food when they’re under the gun. Share whether stress makes you more likely to overeat mindlessly, skip meals, grab unhealthy fast foods or reach for comfort foods like cookies and chips. Brainstorm ideas for more positive ways of dealing with the stress in their lives, like deep breathing, exercise, talking to a friend, meditation, or joining a group like ours!
