on saturday i went to my first class after having food poisioning and straining my calf muscle. i did 1 out of 2 hrs and took it easy. it felt pretty good though. my calf isn't 100% but i've been stretching it and doing some really low key strengthening exercises. i'm going to try out classes tonight and see how it goes, still being super careful!2
