If you are new and want to join in, by all means do! We love to celebrate those losses with you! This is the standard format we try to use for these threads:
Name: (if you'd like to share)
My Numbers:
SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Life time goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)
Weigh ins: What days you will weigh in, for example; Fridays
6/1/17= (Fill out after each weigh in.)
6/8/17=
6/15/17=
6/22/17=
6/29/17= (Final weigh in for the month.)

SW: 387.2
CW: 149
GW: 147, but maintaining 149 would be perfectly acceptable too. My real goal this month is just not to gain/learn to maintain.
LTGW: 140-150, although 138 would put me at a "normal" BMI, which would be amazing.

Welp, I “started over” this month. That was promptly followed by a concussion and and Er visited. Once that passed I started over on Sunday (10-8). I was doing so good then I landed in the hospital for four days with a horrible kidney infection. So, today is Sunday, let’s start over again and please universe, no more expensive trips to the doctor/ Er/ Hospital or anything else.0 -
Oh dear! Hope you are doing OK now! I plan to start logging again today and hopefully get back to weekly reports with the group next month. I see it's been quiet the last couple months so if anyone else has been doing horribly and struggling with will power like me maybe think about giving it another go in November and we can help motivate each other ^_^0
